What we specialise in
Support Work:
ASN offers the same services as other support providers, but with one key distinction: all of our support workers are seasoned professionals with decades of expertise in their craft. We deliver a wide range of support and assistance, provided by individuals who are deeply connected to Melbourne’s thriving music and art scene. Whether it’s sharing a coffee and a stroll or collaborating on a large-scale mural in a city laneway, ASN is here to guide, inspire, and empower our clients. Our mission is to help them express themselves authentically and navigate their creative journeys with confidence and clarity.
Youth Work
Over the years, we’ve worked across diverse educational settings, from inner city in Melbourne to communities as far as Yuendumu. This experience has given us a deep understanding of the unique challenges students face and the ability to adapt our approach to create meaningful connections and positive outcomes. Our artists bring expertise in challenging environments, working in youth justice settings and have led workshops for drug awareness groups citywide. We aim to empower young people by sharing valuable skills and creating a safe, supportive space for open dialogue and self-expression.
Mentoring
We mentor individuals throughout their creative careers, guiding them in their development and helping them transform their passion into a source of income. Whether it’s organising your first live show, building the skills to make it happen, or curating your debut gallery exhibition, we leverage decades of experience to support you in building a successful and fulfilling career.
